You can contact us by telephone from Monday to Friday between 9:30 am and 1:00 pm.
The following procedures can be carried out at the Honorary Consulates:
- Application for a cédula
- Registration in the Civil Registry
- Application for permission to leave the country for minors and change of companions for minors.
- Application for criminal record
- Receipt of applications for special category provisional visas
- Authorisation of passport applications for minors
Passport, salvoconductos, notarial matters and issuance of visas are only handled at the Consulate General of Costa Rica in Berlin.
