HONORARY CONSULATES IN GERMANY
The following procedures can be carried out by the Honorary Consulates:
- Application for an identity card (cédula de identidad)
- Entries in the Civil Registry (Registro Civil)
- Exit permission for minors and change of the accompanying persons of the minor
- Criminal record certifcate
- Receipt of special category provisional visa applications.
Passports, safe-conducts, notarial matters and visas are only issued by the General Consulate of Costa Rica in Berlin.
